Tom (Tommy) White

Formerly of Aldergrove, Co. Antrim.

Tom completed his life’s journey on Monday, 15th June 2026, peacefully surrounded by family at the Galway Hospice. Predeceased by his parents Hannah and Thomas and by his sister Colette.

Deeply mourned and sadly missed by his wife Freda, daughter Fiona and son Conor, son-in-law Simon, grandchildren Jack and Cian, sisters Marie, Denise and Helen, brothers Fr. David, Fr. Patrick, James, John and Gerard, brothers-in-law and sisters-in-law, nieces and nephews, the extended family, neighbours and friends.

Funeral Arrangements

Friday, 19th June 2026

Tom will lie in Repose at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91 V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m. There will not be a Removal to the Church this (Friday) evening.

Saturday, 20th June 2026

The Funeral Mass will be celebrated for Tom arrival at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill at 11 a.m. and following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Live streaming link: https://mcn.live/Camera/christ-the-king-church-salthill Memorial donations if desired to the Galway Hospice.

Please approach the funeral parlour entrance on foot from Fr. Burke Park. Street parking may be available on Fr. Griffin Road, within the Claddagh, on Henry Street, on Sea Road, on The Crescent and on Doctor Colohan Road.
