Tom (Fla) Flaherty

It is with deep sadness that Tom’s family share the news of his sudden passing in Alicante, Spain on Monday, 19 October 2026.

Despite the great efforts made by the emergency services it was not to be. He died with his loving wife by his side. He is predeceased by his beloved parents Michael and Julia.

Tom is very sadly, missed by his wife Margaret, sons Craig, Keith and Alan, siblings Pat, Maria, Nora and Sean, nieces and nephews, the extended Flaherty and Barrett family, and by his many friends.

Tis all the heaven I ask of God upon my dying day:

My soul to soar forever more above you, Galway Bay.

Funeral Arrangements following Tom's repatriation with the details of the celebration of his life will follow as soon as possible.
