Teresa passed away peacefully in the excellent care of the staff at St. Gerard's Ward, Galway University Hospital, surrounded by her loving family.
Deeply mourned and sadly missed by her daughters Kim and Olivia, sons John, Raymond, Declan, Brian and Martin, brothers and sisters, sons-in-law, daughters-in-law, her adored grandchildren, great grandchildren and her great great grandchild. Fondly remembered with great love and affection by the extended O'Grady and McMahon family, neighbours and many friends.
May her kind and gentle soul rest in peace
Funeral Arrangements:
Sunday 25th October, 2026.
Teresa will lie in Repose at the Church of the Holy Family funeral parlour, Mervue, Galway from 4.00 p.m. with Removal into the adjoining Church at 5.30 p.m.
Monday 26th October, 2026.
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Teresa at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery.
