Rita Feeney (née Lally)

In the early hours of Sunday 13th September Rita completed her life’s journey peacefully at home. Predeceased by her beloved husband Harry, son Henry, sister Maura and parents Martin and Mary Kate.

Rita is mourned and will be sadly missed by her sons Martin, Malachy, Patrick, Raymond and her daughter Marie, daughters-in-law Ann, Maura and

Laura, son-in-law Gearóid, adored grandchildren Gerard, Adrian, Dara, Ashleigh, Kevin, Aoife, Henry, Rebecca, Niamh, Niall, Katie,

Eoghan, David and Fergal, great-grandchildren Harry and Ellie, Adrian's wife Edel, her sister-in- law Una Cannon, nephews and nieces, extended family, neighbours and many friends.

Funeral Arrangements

Tuesday, 15 th September 2026

Rita will lie in Repose at 'Sioraiocht'; within the grounds of the Church of the Assumption and St. James, Claregalway from 5.30 p.m. Removal to the Church at 7.00 p.m.

Wednesday, 16 th September 2026

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Rita at 11.00 a.m. Following Mass she will be laid to rest in Claregalway Cemetery.
