Paul will be deeply missed by his wife and children, mother Mary, sisters Linda and Ailish, brother Gearóid, father-in-law Brian, mother-in-law Deirdre, sisters-in-law Laura and Catherine, Jeanette and Lauren, brothers-in-law Gareth, Peter, Bryan and Brian, cherished uncle to Eoin and Conor, Lily and Luke, Mason and Cooper, John and Hugh, Matthew and Michael.

Deeply loved and sadly missed also by his aunts and uncles, cousins, extended Clancy and Fahy family, his many friends and colleagues in the ESB, his beloved Cumann Peile Mhaigh Cuilinn, Cumamn Luath Cleas Gael na Gaillimhe and the wider local and national sporting community.

When the final whistle for me has blown

And I stand before God’s judgement throne

May the great referee when he calls my name

Say, you played with Class and Courage Clancy

In every game
