Funeral Notice
Michael completed his lives journey as quietly as he lived. He died peacefully on Sunday, 19th June, in the excellent care of the staff at St. Mary’s Nursing Home. Predeceased by his parents Michael and Nora and by his sister Mary. Deeply loved by his sisters Pauline Burke and Julie and by his nephews and nieces and their families, relatives, and friends.

Funeral Arrangements
Wednesday, 24th June, 2026
Michael will lie in Repose at the O’ Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue from 5 p.m. to 6 p.m.
Thursday, 25th June, 2026
Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Michael on arrival at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill at 11 a.m. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in the new cemetery, Bohermore.
