A sudden goodbye brings a shadow of grief,
But your gentle warmth brought us lifelong relief.
Deep in our hearts you will permanently be,
Sweet Offaly lady, so dear to me.
You left us so fast, but your memory stays bright.
A beautiful soul who has stepped into light.
You brought so much joy, and you lived gracefully,
Sweet Offaly lady, so dear to me.
