John Nolan

On 29/10/2026 John completed his life’s journey which began on 17/02/1964 having lived in Galway all his life except for his time in England. Mourned and deeply loved by his mother Barbara, brother Pat, sister Mary and her husband Declan Kelly, aunts Esther and Kitty, Uncle Dominic, nieces and nephews, relatives and friends.

Although we were not on your final journey which you took alone and in silence we will never forget your kind heart, caring nature, and music. Every act of kindness you showed, every bit of care you gave, and every note you played on your guitar remains with us. You are not forgotten John, and you never will be. Rest In Peace

Funeral Arrangements

Monday, 2nd November 2026 John will lie in repose at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, (H91V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

Tuesday, 3rd November 2026 Requiem Mass will be celebrated for John at 11 a.m. at St. Mary’s Church, Claddagh. Following Mass he will be laid to rest in Rahoon cemetery. Webcam link https://www.dominicanscladdagh.ie/live-webcam/
