Funeral Notice
Formerly of Clybaun Road, Knocknacarra
On Saturday, 11th July 2026, John died suddenly and unexpectedly at Galway University Hospital, following an accident at home.
Pre-deceased by his brothers and sister Mickey, Joe and Marie.
Deeply mourned and very sadly missed by his family; his beloved wife of 52 years Peggy, sons Darren and Eric, daughter-in-law Clianna and his 4 adored grandchildren Eva, Eilis, Myles and Dylan.
Fondly remembered and mourned also by his brothers Colm and Paddy and sisters Margaret and Judy, the extended Mulkerrins family, neighbours and friends.
Funeral Arrangements
Thursday, 16th July : John will lie in repose at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway (H91 V1K8) from 5pm - 6:30pm. with a short prayer service commencing at 6:30 pm.
Friday, 17th July : A cremation service will be held for John on arrival at Shannon Crematorium at 11am. This service will be livestreamed here.
