Funeral Notice

Bridie's life journey began on the 14th June 1947 and she completed this journey on Thursday, 14th May, 2026 peacefully surrounded by her loving family at Brampton Nursing Home where a wonderful, dedicated staff cared for her. She is survived by her husband Danny, sons Damien and Michael, and daughters Audrey, Georgina and Melissa.

Bridie loved her kids with every bit of herself, and she loved her music just as much. Getting her hair done every week and her makeup just right was her little ritual, her way of stepping into the world with a sparkle. She adored dancing, and truly, anyone she met couldn’t help but fall in love with her. She had the greatest sense of humour, the kind that could lift a room and she had a real Grá for travel and seeing the world. She totally dedicated her life to her husband, children and grandchildren.

She will be sadly missed by her husband and children, by her grandchildren and great-grandchild and also by her sister Mary, brother Paddy, brother-in-law Dennis ,nieces and nephews, extended family, neighbours and friends.

May her kind soul rest in peace
