Funeral Notice
On Tuesday, 23rd June 2026, Bernie passed away peacefully in the wonderful care of the staff of the Claddagh Ward at Galway University Hospital.
Loving mother to Cormac and Sarah, lifelong comrade to Eamon, and pet mum to her beloved Sam and Fred. Bernie will be forever in our hearts and deeply missed by her wider family and friends including Noel, Dermot, Mary, Dolores, Les, Geraldine, Martina, Aodán, Jono, Eoghan and her grandson Hugh.
Funeral Arrangements
Saturday, 27th June, 2026
Bernie will lie in repose at the O’Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue, Galway, (H91 V1K8), from 11a.m. to 12noon. Cremation to follow.
