Anne MacNeela (née Perry)

Clybaun Road, Salthill, Galway and Dublin.

Anne passed away peacefully surrounded by her loving family in the care of St Pius's Ward, Galway University Hospital, following the kind and diligent care of the staff at An Teaghlach Uilinn nursing home, Moycullen.

Predeceased by her husband Seán (Late of Dervin, Castlehill, Ballina), parents Malachy and Bridget (Chick) and her beloved brother Paddy.

Sadly missed by her heartbroken children Seán, Aine and Pádraig, Anne's brothers Frank and Michael, sister Breda, sisters-in-law Pat, Kitty and Laura, brother-in-law Michael, daughters-in-law Ann and Siobhan, grandchildren Sean Mac and Lucy (USA) Kate Abby and Finn, nephews, nieces, friends and Anne's beloved dogs.

May her gentle soul rest in peace

Funeral Arrangements:

Tuesday 18th August, 2026

Anne will lie in Repose at the O' Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91 V1K8) from 5.00 p.m. to 6.30 p.m.

There will not be a Removal to the Church on Tuesday evening.

Wednesday 19th August, 2026

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Anne at St. Patrick's Church, Lahardane on arrival at 12 noon.

Following Mass she will be laid to rest with her husband Seán in Kilmurray cemetery.
