Adrian Walsh

It is with broken hearts we share the sudden passing of our beloved Adrian at Galway University Hospital, on Thursday, 9th July 2026, surrounded by his family. Beloved father of Niamh and cherished brother of David, Clodagh and Leighton. Predeceased by his parents Paddy and Nuala.

Adrian will be deeply missed by his daughter Niamh, her mother and his best friend Chrissie Callanan, sister-in-law Orla Walsh, brothers-in-law Michael Cox and Derek Stubbs, nephews and nieces; Sarah, Paddy, Ciara, Mossy, Amy, Micheál, Aislinn and Aoife, aunts and uncles, cousins and many close friends.

Funeral Arrangements

Sunday, 12 July, 2026

Adrian will lie in Repose at the O'Flaherty Funeral Parlour, Munster Avenue (H91V1K8) from 5 p.m. to 7p.m. Please approach the funeral parlour entrance on foot from Fr. Burke Park.

Monday, 13 July, 2026

Requiem Mass will be celebrated for Adrian on arrival at 11 a.m. at the Church of Christ the King, Salthill. Following Mass, he will be laid to rest in the new cemetery, Bohermore. Live streaming link for Mass below. House Private By Request.
